Councillor Dom Wilton
Cllr Dom Wilton is a very popular and well known face around Drogheda. He is a committed republican and has been very active and vocal on Drogheda Borough Council. He has a particular affinity with the youth of the town and has been to the fore in successfully campaigning for recreational facilities for the youth most notably a skateboard park which has just recently secured funding and the council is now in the process of identifying a suitable site for the park. Dom also polled second highest first preference in the 2004 local elections on his first time out.
